2. General Return Policy Guidelines

  • You can return eligible Goods within 7 days from the purchase date.
  • You must keep the Goods in their original packaging to qualify for a return. You must also return them in brand-new condition.
  • We cannot accept returns for the following Goods:
    • We do not accept custom or personalized items.
    • We reject items that deteriorate rapidly or pass their expiry date.
    • We refuse unsealed items due to health or hygiene reasons.
    • We cannot accept items mixed inseparably with other products after delivery.

3. Product Exchange Policy

  • We only exchange Goods if you return them in brand-new condition.
  • We will deny your exchange request if we find breakage, body damage, or mishandling.
  • We offer no refunds for products sent back for exchange. We only exchange products for new or alternative items.

4. Hardware Warranty Terms

  • Warranty Period: The warranty period varies from product to product. The warranty starts from the purchase date on your invoice.
  • Conditions: We accept defective products under warranty if you submit a formal request. You must wait for our confirmation before sending the item.
  • Required Documentation: We require a copy of your invoice showing the purchase date and serial number. You must also provide a clear definition of the defect.
  • Warranty Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover:
    • Basic accessories such as washers or nuts.
    • Normal wear and tear of the product over time.
    • Unauthorized repairs or interventions by outside personnel.

    • Failures caused by corrosion, rust, humidity, sand, or extreme temperatures.
  • Warranty of Repairs: Repairing or replacing parts does not extend your original warranty period.

5. Steps for Returning Goods

  • We will send a Return Approval Email within 10 working days after confirming your warranty scope.
  • You bear the cost and risk of returning the Goods to our facility. You must send the Goods to the address in the Return Approval Email.
  • We highly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We hold no responsibility for Goods lost during return shipment.
  • We will return non-compliant products to you at your own expense.
  • You must pay shipping fees for returning flawless products. We store improperly returned products for a maximum of 1 month. We reserve the right to destroy them after this period.
  • Fees: You pay shipping fees for returning defective products. We pay shipping fees when delivering repaired products back to your address in India.
  • Address: You must return products within 15 days of receiving our confirmation.
  • Diagnosis: Our After-Sales Service establishes a failure diagnosis upon receiving the product. We repair or exchange items within the warranty scope. We may also issue a credit note for direct purchases.
  • Duration of Repair: We commit to resolving returns as quickly as possible. The average repair duration takes 15 working days.
