Thank you for shopping at *SETMI INDIA*. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and exchanges. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchase from us.

**1. Interpretation**
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:
– **Company** (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to **SETMI INDIA**.
– **Goods** refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
– **Orders** mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
– **Service** refers to the Website.
– **Website** refers to **SETMI INDIA**, accessible from [https://www.SETMIINDIA.com](https://www.SETMIINDIA.com).
– **You** means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

**3. Return Policy**
– The Goods sold will be eligible for return within **7 days** from the date of purchase.
– To be eligible for a return, the Goods must be in their original packaging and in brand-new condition.
– The following Goods **cannot** be returned:
– Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
– Goods that, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or have passed their expiry date.
– Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
– Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
– We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

**4. Exchange Policy**
– The Goods sold are eligible for exchange **only if they are returned in brand-new condition**.
– Any kind of breakage, body damage, or mishandling will lead to denial of the exchange request.
– There will be **no refunds** for products sent back for exchange or any other reason. Products can only be exchanged for a new or alternative product.

**5. Warranty**
– **Warranty Period**: The contractual warranty period varies from product to product. The warranty period runs from the date of purchase indicated on the invoice.
– **Conditions**: SETMI INDIA After-Sales Service will accept defective product(s) within the scope of warranty coverage, provided that a return request has been made to and confirmed by SETMI INDIA.
– **Required Documentation**: SETMI INDIA After-Sales Service will accept defective product(s) within the scope of warranty coverage upon receiving:
– A copy of the invoice indicating the date of purchase, type of product, serial number, and customer name.
– A clear definition of the defect.
– **Warranty Exclusions**: SETMI INDIA warranty shall **not** apply:
– To accessories such as washers, nuts, etc.
– To normal wear and tear of the product.
– In case of repair or intervention on the product by any unauthorized personnel or any person outside SETMI INDIA After-Sales Service.
– To shocks or damage occurring during transportation, directly or indirectly linked to the product’s warranty.
– To the installation or use of the product in contradiction with technical and safety standards, notably a use of the product in contradiction with the guidelines indicated in the product’s user manual and safety instructions.
– To failures, defects, or flaws caused by clogging, corrosion, rust, drought, humidity, excessive temperatures, sand or dust, or oxidization, unless we confirm in writing that the items can withstand such conditions.
– **Warranty of Repairs**: Repairs, modifications, or replacements of defective parts during the warranty period do not extend the warranty period.

**6. Returning Goods**
– Upon receiving your return request and confirming that the product is within the scope of warranty, SETMI INDIA will send a **Return Approval Email** to the client within **10 working days**.
– You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. You should send the Goods to the address provided in the Return Approval Email.
– We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment.
– In the event of a returned product not complying with the return request or one of the return conditions not being respected, the product will be returned to the client at their expense.
– The shipping fees for the return of a flawless product to the client will be borne by the client. SETMI INDIA will store flawless or improperly returned products for a maximum period of **1 month**. After this period, SETMI INDIA reserves the right to destroy the products.
– **Fees**:
– Shipping fees for the return of defective products to SETMI INDIA After-Sales Service will be borne by the client.
– Shipping fees for the delivery of repaired or exchanged products to the client’s address will be borne by SETMI INDIA, provided the address is within India.
– **Address**: Every product return must be made within **15 days** of receiving the return confirmation from SETMI INDIA After-Sales Service and sent to the address indicated on the Return Label.
– **Diagnosis**: Upon receiving the returned product, our After-Sales Service will establish a diagnosis of failure. If the product is within the scope of warranty, it will be repaired, exchanged (subject to availability), or a credit note will be issued. The issuance of a credit note applies only to products purchased directly from SETMI INDIA.
– **Duration of Repair**: SETMI INDIA commits to repairing, exchanging, or issuing a credit note for the returned product as quickly as possible. The average duration for a repair or exchange is **15 working days**. However, this duration is for informational purposes only and shall not give rise to any compensation if exceeded.
– **Tracking**: If the client wishes to obtain updates on the repair of a returned product, they must send their request by email to **info@setmiindia.com**.

– There will be **no refunds** for products sent back for exchange or any other reason. Products can only be exchanged for a new or alternative product.
